Free Printable Catholic Saints Paper Dolls, Catholic Coloring Page Activities

As a Catholic homeschool mom, it's inspiring to see that articles about All Saints Day and Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) activities are as popular as Halloween articles. I enjoy hunting up free printable holiday crafts, but my real passion is sharing homeschooling and religious education free printables. I remember my early teaching days and late homeschooling career, sans computer. I must have made thousands of charts, drawings, graphs, games, etc. Alas, I am woefully inept artistically, so the lesson plans that required drawing skills...lacked. Adopt Zombie Babies, Get Cellphone Apps to Prepare for Halloween Apocalypse - Yahoo! Voices - voices.yahoo.com

Fear about a Zombie Apocalypse is rampant.  If  zombies did attack, Halloween would be the ideal launch date.  Don't worry, there are plenty of ways to protect yourself  in case of invasion. There's a zombie escape cellphone app (read on for details on that). The CDC created emergency preparedness alerts to keep us posted. There's a zombie defense kit, too. And most gruesome (but probably most effective) of all, you can adopt a zombie baby (!) from Spirit Halloween. See image in ad below (that's Teether--quite the euphemism, eh?). Be warned. Zombie babies aren't cute and cuddly. Personally, Doll Face scares me silly and she's just toy and I'm an adult woman. Best Trick or Treat Candy (and worst) to Give for Halloween

Best and Worst Halloween and Trick or Treat Candy I know: Halloween is all about the candy. With poisoning scares, health problems, sugar overdoses and safety concerns, I rather skip the candy handouts at Halloween.  I've tried substituting prizes in place of candy for trick or treating. I was called everything from party pooper to unAmerican. (I'm joking--actually kids love the little books and prizes I hand out). All but my own children of course! So I cave to popular opinion and give out sweets. Here is my list of best and worst Halloween candy. Read on
